filter is not respected when using -c flag #8

When processwatch is run with -c flag it shows all instruction categories instead of just the ones filtered to with -f flags

Ah -- trivially reproducible. Hadn't noticed that I didn't apply the filter to the CSV output. Thanks for reporting.
