Dockerfile and bugfix. #219

Fix some bugs found during the whole testing and update Dockerfile&docker instructions.

Hi, @pqLee, some specific http/s proxies have been recorded in the docker files, which will cause some access failures for other users. Is there any other way to resolve this problem?
