To reproduce use PR#243 cd torch-xpu-ops/test/xpu timeout 10000 python run_test_with_skip.py

Evaluated, https://github.com/intel/torch-xpu-ops/pull/282 Issues in test_ops::TestCompositeCompliance,

  1. Lack of operators variants. Fixed.
  2. CPU fallback fails. Need to add XPU implementation. Skipped.
  3. COW fails (copy-on-write). Skipped.
