This patch contains go-gramine mod from Arvind, thanks.

couple of comments:

  1. We don't need three different packages (go-client, gramine-sgx, go-utility), everything can be put under gramine-sgx.
  2. We don't push example applications to this repo, we should create separate repo for example applications.
