update package names, add generated files, and etc #62

the vendor directory is put into for convenience.
the generated files are also kept for easier use in client side (for using the generated types and methods).
change package names
update scripts

Thanks for creating this PR @ppkube. We have left out the vendor directory and generated code in order to minimize the code we have to maintain. As a result, we have written scripts to get dependencies and generate the code when required.

I'm closing this PR for now.
