@huningxin will not maintain https://github.com/huningxin/opencv.js/tree/master/perf/perf_imgproc anymore, so we need to host the workload to intel.github.io.

@ibelem Those opencv.js are about 7.7~8.5 MB, do we need to reduce their sizes?
