[x] Remove webnnmeeting for fixing security vulnerabilities
The legacy webnnmeeting caused 30 security vulnerabilities in https://github.com/intel/webml-polyfill/security/dependabot
The legacy webnnmeeting has been upgraded and moved to new applications.web.pwa.web-based-intelligent-collaboration in internal repo.
