[Example] No Option on SUSTAINED backend for PoseNet #707

Test Env: Chromium Version: nightly build 75.0.3739.0 (c623981) Platform: macOS 10.13.6

Expected Result: There are options in PoseNet for each backend.

Actual Result: No Option in SUSTAINED backend for PoseNet:

This issue was fixed on webml-polyfill commit https://github.com/intel/webml-polyfill/commit/83df39ee032356a92a34f698d1e4f3fe080184d6.
