Allow to subscribe via e-mail to reports #19

  1. Create UI to allow subscribing to reports. For an approach, check https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/end-user-subscribe
  2. To send the reports, use a DNN Scheduler task that render the reports in PDF and sends them via e-mail.
