update: Ok it worked once I created a new chat closing down the old one (after having done the update).
So seems the 0.6 update breaks the existing chat window but not new ones :)
Is it possible that the old chat was too long? We still don't have an appropriate error message when that happens.
It might be, but it wasn't that long really 🤔
Hard to say since I didn't send any messages today prior to doing the update.
If you go back to that conversation (using ⌘O) and ask something there, is the error still happening?
Yep still happening on that one :)
I spent a few hours investigating this yesterday but can't find any reason why it can happen (rather than chat size).
Can you try another older chat (created <=0.5) and try to ask something there?
In the next version, we will include a message for longer chats so we can rule out that possibility.
Thanks!
I don't have any more chats to test I'm afraid! But I don't think you need to investigate this further rn, at least not until we can get more info from a later released version :D It works fine just closing that old chat and using new one(s)
Hey, we think we fixed this in 0.7. Are you still experiencing it? Thanks!
Closing for lack of activity. If you experience the error again, reopen the issue or create a new one. Thanks for reporting!
HTTP 400 Bad Request: Bad Request response status code indicates that the server cannot or will not process the request due to something that is perceived to be a client error (for example, malformed request syntax, invalid request message framing, or deceptive request routing).
This is all I get now that I updated to the latest version. I do not use GPT-4 but GPT-3.5.
I tried restarting the software ofc, same issue.
Here's my settings (apart from my key)![Screenshot 2023-05-03 at 14 36 10](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1508751/235917759-e5b1e492-929e-4b0e-935c-09a8f4a84374.png)
