Use "Cancel any ongoing prints" as default behaviour in OctoPrint #245

If a problem occurs with Klipper, the host is disconnected, and can not reconnect. By changing the behaviour to "Cancel any ongoing prints but stay connected to the printer", the user can do a firmware restart.
