Add Support for login and linux log via ttyGS0/USB OTG #259

systemd enters maintenance mode when g_serial is loaded at boot time. A possible solution is to compile g_serial as a part of the kernel instead of as a module.

Kernel log does not automatically appear, but must be enabled via the verbose= directive in armbianEnv.txt
