Created update.sh to re-execute the ansible script to pull in any changes.
- This will also update all git-pulled packages, such as Klipper, Toggle, Mjpg-streamer
Force pulls the various git repos if they were already cloned.
Modified dogtag to include the platform build as part of the file.

The idea is to find a way to trigger this script from within Octoprint.
