Add support for Rev A5 #284

The current Refactor Recore assumes the board is rev A6. In order to use it with an A5 board, the device tree must be linked to A5 instead of A6 and possibly use a different config file for Klipper.

A command has been added that easily lets the user change the device tree: 

use-recore-revision a5

The currently loaded device tree can be seen by running: 

cat /sys/firmware/devicetree/base/model
