Add script to update Refactor using Ansible #286

In order to upgrade Refactor now, the eMMC must be flashed from a USB drive. Instead it would be good if the user can upgrade refactor by running the Ansible script directly on the command line on the board.

PR #274 addresses this.

I think we should mark this a no fix since there are better ways to keep the system up to date. Both Mainsail and OctoPrint have options for upgrading.
