Avahi announces wrong ip address when wifi hotspot is set up. #315

Now that a wifi dongle will be set up as a hotspot if it is not connected to an AP, Avahi will announce that IP through both interfaces even if the hotspot is not connected to. This causes problems with using recore.local.

This is not really a problem that can easily be fixed. A restart of avahi-daemon will usually solve the problem.
