wrong govenor for recore a6 #381

v3.2.0-RC3 recore a6 govenor is set to "on deman" and creates random crashes set govenor to performance helps, but the max frequency is set to 1.15ghz so it needs cooling

This has been fixed for all hardware revisions, so closing.
