Disable OHCI0 and EHCI0 on the u-boot and kernel DTS #68

It is not necessary to enable the host drivers for the USB-C connector. Disabling OHCI0 and EHCI0 should speed up the boot process by a couple of seconds.

It is already disabled in the kernel

This is a Rebuild issue, not a Reflash issue. Reflash does not control the u-boot binary.
