Reboot from eMMC switch is not working #9

When opening the options, flipping the switch for which boot medium to use and pressing "reboot now", the board does not reboot from eMMC as expected.

Partially fixed in 0.0.4. The setting is saved in the settings file, but it should ideally be read from the system.
