Final Touches to COVID-19 Figures

Mean Comparison

This figure is great, but the italics are bothering my OCD plus they show up bold in LaTex. Try changing the y-labels to:

ax[0].set_ylabel('Ozone (ppb)')
ax[1].set_ylabel('NO$_2$ (ppb)')
ax[2].set_ylabel('PM2.5 ($\mu$g/m$^3$')

Concentration Heatmaps

Simple changes:

[x] remove title

Percent Change Heatmaps

Changes include:

[x] remove title
[x] change colormap to coolwarm to match other figures in the document
[x] fix background so that missing data shows only white
[x] make sure to include minimum and maximum values on each colorbar
