UT3000: Mood Data Prep #93

In preparation for our mood prediction using the UT1000 and UT2000 datasets, we need to process and compile the dataset.

The dataset should have rows corresponding to a participant's activity, previous mood, sleep, and evening mood -- the latter being our target outcome. We can only include a day for our participants if all these metrics are available.

A few initial questions exist:

  1. How do we handle multiple daily mood submissions?
  2. What activity metrics are important to include?
  3. Data availability?

Currently stalled - need the mood reports from each day, but currently have the daily average.
