Deterministic seed branch breaks web interface #5

I forgot about the web interface in the pull request #2 for the deterministic seed. The WebUI does not work in the branch as the "id" argument to state does not exist.

Ideally it should be fixed by removing the "id" call and setting the seed globally for the PRNG. I will create a pull request in the coming days which should fix the WebUI in this branch.
