在哪里可以修改配置文件

这个插件收费吗，为什么有个配置选项是最长翻译长度配置。规避过长字符翻译引起收费过多问题

插件不收费。 翻译过长请求会慢，自定义翻译服务可以选择收费的。 配置同vscode默认配置一致
