[Issue]: Responsiveness of the landing page of IntelOwl website

What happened

The landing page of IntelOwl (https://intelowlproject.github.io) has some issues when displayed on different sizes of screens.

Environment

Chrome Browser.

What did you expect to happen

The padding and margin of some of the components are not as expected for different sizes of screens, which makes a negative impression on the user experience. For example:

• For some screens two different sections are overlapping.
• For some screens there is a huge margin between two sections.
• For some screens there is no padding given to the text that makes the text stick to the edge of the screen.
• For some screens the Maintainers section has issues.

I am attaching screenshots to all of these issues as well.

How to reproduce your issue

These issues can be reproduced by checking the responsiveness of the website.
