Added port forwarding in Vagrantfile for ease of access outside of vagrant env
Dynamic metrics are properly handled now in CollectMetrics
Added marathon installation for vagrant provisioning

I'm seeing some failures when running against a Mesos agent, but it doesn't appear to be related to this patch. I'm going to merge this, and then tackle the failures and Grafana dashboard updates as part of #22.
