Allows multiple seeds to be provided on startup #1297

Today you can provide only a single potential seed node. It would be useful if a list of nodes could be provide such that the list will be walked until the node is successful in joining.

Reviewing this one and find it's the feature request from #1283. Tagging @ralberto on this one since you original opened us up to the idea. Thanks for the suggestion! It's not scheduled just yet but keep an eye on this issue.
