Add support for the new block based Checkout system #112

In my setup, district and neighborhood fields are simple text inputs, not dropdowns on the checkout page. Probably Woocommerce has changed some CSS class names of the checkout address fields. I'm investigating the problem.

We must support the new Cart and Checkout Blocks feature of the Woocommerce. This is the problem.
