Everything is up,

i have temporarily mapped 'vin@adomattic.com' to Canadian Gems.

the rest of the companies are disabled. Not to disrupt impression logic, impression are being served and the plans are not mapped with it. As soon as you enable stripe, i will enable the online that cuts of impression and everybody will have to enter their billing information.
