Pod completed when Job is not actually executed

Short Description of the issue

Sometimes, the Pod is market as completed even if the job is actually never executed. For example, when deploying a deploy with a replica set of 300 pods it is possible that 400 jobs are created because 100 are quickly marked as completed.
