Description

Fixes #5.

Created a new Visualization Manager that can be used to toggle the mesh renderers of individual sensor visualizations.

Changes made

Created a visualization manager script
Programmed individual toggle functions that enable/disable each visualization with its own mesh renderer

How to test

Click the MRTK button on the top right of the screen that has an X symbol on it, this will turn the visualizations on and off
