Should be able to fully pipeline results with single script run

[x] color
[x] basic runner / deal with imports
[x] run sim
[x] create sim config to folder
[x] run from simulated config
[x] singular script that runs all of this for all experiments
[x] different output folders
[x] separate output.log
[x] read in resulting graph and simulated graph
[x] get results from graph
[x] result txt
[x] add to run results for cycling
[x] Update README
