AMR splitting

Heuristic for splitting the sentence level AMRs to get a one-to-one alignment between AMRs and action nodes.

• [x] Parse all ARA recipes into AMRs
• [x] Align AMRs and individual action graphs
• [x] investigate splitting at shared arguments
• [x] if plausible implement it

• [x] change attribute handling in graph conversion
• [x] not split :condition
• [add "you" node where parser missed it might add too many nodes
• [x] combine the algorithm removing edges and the one removing nodes to cover not yet covered nodes
• [ ] preprocess recipes to exclude "STEP X", parse these again
