Include default (dummy) SVG Sprite? #33

Since we repeatedly used a sprite in HTML5 apps we have scaffolded with this generator, I'd suggest moving SVG sprite configuration into the templates with some dummy SVG.

Good idea. We should also provide a partial accepting the id as argument including the svg symbol from a sprite.
