Interactions broken in medium/long views of alliances example #3

In the alliances example, selecting the medium or long format breaks the mouseover interactions. I think that this is because the circles in Aopened.svg and LongVersionAll.svg don't have their id set to the country-code: these files contain circles with ids like Ellipse 5 rather than ger.

Another glitch is that hovering over Italy (I) in the short view highlights Italy in the lower plot only, regardless of which plot triggered the event.

This might be because the "circle" for Italy in the top panel is actually a <path> element, rather than a <circle>.
