We just tested the new version and we like the reset function and the colors visible all the time. We did find a bubs:

Once the pie chart was done it and displayed the total time, we tried to reset to start over and pressing the button did not work. I assume this problem only happens when the chart is filled and done.

We plugged into the yellow plug and it displayed blue

once the chart was done, it was hard to read the "hours" and "Wh" because it was black text over blue and red colors. I suggest making that text white and pulling it out of the pie chart and being visible outside the perimeter of the pie chart.

We will test the reset function in the middle of the measure to see if it works.

we plugging in a plug it started green then turned blue, and now it maps blue on the chart. I think this is just a matter of making sure the plugs have the right code.

Suggestion: Would it be possible to add on the side a notation and real time measure of how much each plug is drawing. For example, if I have 2 things plugged in on red and blue plugs, and the time is set to 1kWh it will take a long time to even see a sliver of color. Can we add on the outside of the pie chart a list by color of how much energy it has used . it can update every 30 seconds or so. Then at the end, when the pie chart is full, on the side it would show the total energy that each appliance used (the total would be the amount set at the begining) Does that make sense?

Question: if I were to create a graphic to show instead of the boot up text is this possible? if I wanted to make an animation to play, is this possible - and what type of file can be used here ... .swf maybe?

So this is weird. Towards the end, the visualization looked like it stopped and the Wh were at 0 but there was still white space. Then it started fill the chart again and finished. Is this supposed to happen?

ALso, after boot up there is a corner of the code or bootup screen in the top left corner. see image.

I’ll look at these as well. Thanks for the helpful pictures!

I’ve split this issue into multiple ones.
