Change Instant Energy server to livinglab

1. Set up the right user accounts and authorisation on the livinglab server.
2. Ask X-Com or whoever continues work on Instant Energy to change the server root to https://livinglab.powerprojects.se/. Because it uses a self-signed certificate, some extra setup may be needed.
3. Remove CouchDB from aktivahuset.tii.se if Super Graph doesn’t use it either anymore.
