EA2DA incompatibility with custom groups

Problem with defining Case, Control in diseaseAtlas when using custom grouping fields. It expects groups to be defined by combination of Treatment, SamplingTime etc. If we define a custom group (like “Description” in TST11781) that doesn’t have an equivalent Case_Description & Control_Description for plotting – do we create a new field in DA? O’Young/Wei to come up with solution
