What is surprising is that this error only occurs on one of my user accounts, others have generated/renewed successfully. This account had Cloudflare enabled on the domains, the others I just tested were not. I did disable Cloudflare, gave if a couple hours, retested, still the same issue.

I got the same error, but domain "was" configured with cloudFlare, but I have it disabled for more than 6 months now. I will try other domains, but was not expecting this.

I have not been able to solve this issue but have since removed this awesome software as Vesta has official Letsencrypt Gui support now.
