Clearer language in readme #16

Not sure about the use of the term "gene" but I think it's correct.

IMO the new language is much less accessible. It may seem more accurate to a person familiar with the code, but will only confuse people who come to the README first to understand what this project is about.

@ajnsit Thanks for the feedback, if the language isn't as clear to you that's not good. I think some people saw "There are no body tags" yesterday and concluded that this framework can't be used at all in an accessible web page, though. The current descriptions can be misleading or inaccurate in several contexts.

@guscost Please don't close this PR based on my feedback! I think the README does need some clarity, so I've added some review comments based on what I think is easier to understand.
