new version of the sdk (0.36) uses this version: github.com/tendermint/crypto v0.0.0-20180820045704-3764759f34a5, it is the most recent so this will be resolved when updated

We will update to 0.36 with the Cosmoshub upgrade. Until then this is not going to be fixed. Closing.
