Summernote CSS from wrong location #28

The page at 'https://.../#/status' was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from 'http://hackerwins.github.io/summernote/summernote-dist/summernote.css': this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.

http://hackerwins.github.io/summernote/summernote-dist/summernote.css changed to //hackerwins.github.io/summernote/summernote-dist/summernote.css Fix pushed. Can you please confirm that it works now.

Ok, in general we should think about a mode where we keep this files locally - so TE can be used offline and for presentations.
