Should TE logic be in a module?

As we begin to add more and more layers and customizations to TE ie Plugins. It seems that we should consider separating the logic into something like a dancer plugin. Then you can add the TE functionality to a route in your IC6 shop and manage your assets accordingly. Curious ideas on this.

I suppose you can put assets into your plugin. Also I'm planning on pulling out SchemaInfo module hierarchy and use it as standalone module with its own tests.
