Create a working demo of the encrypted payload support as in the Rails SDK #114

Notice: This is not supported by our SDK and there are no plans to support it in the future, as our Rails SDK has a different scope where it is a client-side integration.

Opening this issue here so that if anyone works on recreating this PR from one of our engineers in that SDK, we can share it with other C# users. And also to serve as a tracking issue for that development.

cc @mortenmoulder who started some work on this.

After talking with the team we have decided to close this one in this repo and track it as a feature request internally. There are talks of adding some work that isn't strictly regarding our REST API in the library, but it has been postponed until we have feature parity. 👍
