Readme Dependency Error #265

Simple documentation issue for your README.

You reference:

https://jcenter.bintray.com

For the Maven dependency. Change it to HTTPS.

There is a bug in a Jenkins plugin where it won't follow the redirect so we get empty files for all the jars.

Finally figured it out.
