Intercom migration guide is missing #403

Hello 🙋

I could not find the migration guide linked in the README file -> https://github.com/intercom/intercom-node/wiki/Migration-guide. Could you please address me the correct location ?

Our current intercom-client version is 2.11.2 and we will try to update latest version but I could not find any Changelog or Migration guide.

Hey @dorukgunes - Thanks for your patience and sorry this is missing. We are making some updates but will have something like this for you in the near future.
