Update CSS in index.php

• give"search" and "replace" fields a minimum width of 19 em
• align the labels of these fields to the right, and give them the same width
• give "database", "username", "pass" and "host" field a minimum width of 19 em
• give "port" field a fixed width of 6 em

Yes, I did not correct it! I guess you could modify the PHP part of the code, replacing the tag with a

tag.
