Multiple varieties of language tables - Spanish, Portuguese - European, LatAm, Brazil #5

Want to support multiple versions of language table to take into account language variation across regions. This may impact cognate recognition and my advanced processes of entropy based identification processes of inherited versus borrowed words. [Including idea of using language table translated to 'target language']

Could have multiple entries in Language relation with language_variety and source_language where source_language is Spanish, Portuguese, or other, and language_variety is Spanish_LA, Spanish_EU, ... or for my ideas to be tried out Spanish_Itonama ,.... where the language is the translated adapted Spanish as though all words were adapted to Itonama.

Makecldf could look up profiles using the target_language, get source table using the source_lanague and write the transcribed table into the new 'forms' using the target_language name.

@fractaldragonflies, please let me know once you are ready for this. Remember, what I will need is just an additional profile that has the name of the variety's ID, so you could call it SpanishEU or similar (rather no underscores).
