Profiles2 - Portuguese variants, changes to lexibank_keypano.py, corrections

Added the BR and EU variants of Portuguese. Changed lexibank_keypano.py following pattern for Portuguese too, change Itonama to use glottal like movima and wari. Spanish and Portuguese without qualifier is the EU variant.

Would like a more generic change to adding variants to support my work on generating simulated borrowed words. Will think about this for next add/commit. Maybe checking the directory of orthprofiles for variants by filename... language.variant e.g., Spanish.EU or Portuguese.BR, then use this in the makecldf invocation.

We will do this in a scripts/ folder first, where we place random scripts. Later, we will streamline these for commandline usage.

Estoy revisando mi trabajo anterior y algunas ideas. Había releído tu articulo https://open-research-europe.ec.europa.eu/articles/1-79/v1 https://open-research-europe.ec.europa.eu/articles/1-79/v1 sobre detection automática antes.

Para hacerlo, yo podría mostrarte como comenzar ya, y miramos que podemos lograr?

Yo pienso que será fácil hacer un primer análisis de los datos. Podríamos hablar de eso en github. Te puedo avisar como hacer un primer analisis, si quieres, y puedes mirar como funciona con los plots ;)

Nuestro analisis en seabor es un poco criptico (lexibank/seabor), pero las partes importantes no lo son.

Voy a intentar darte instrucciones hoy, y sino, por favor, haz-me un "ping" en github, para recordarme ;)
