Previous tries have been bad.

Simply

uhsort block = malloc stripHeight * screenWdith cvid decoders should have no problem set strip info to rectangle callback sends rectangle info, consumer updates their screen via passed buffer and rectangle info.

this may take up more CPU than we use. get basics working then optimize
