On OSH tool run invite new users contributors via mail

When a new repo runs a OSH tool the list of the people in the repo could be fetched via

git shortlog --summary --numbered --email

Then we should notify them via mail, that they were added as contributors (if not present in the system already).

We need to draft a nice and catchy email to invite outsiders to join the platform. Specifically should definitely express:

• this is not spam
• you were added because the project XXX where you contributed as between dates - with XXX commits was imported in INTERFACER
• explain what INTERFACER is super briefly
• CTA to join and claim your work on the platform
